When you use EulogyHearth, we collect only what you give us through the form: the name of the person you are remembering, your relationship to them, what you wrote about them, your tone preferences, and (optionally) your name as the speaker. To process your payment, our payment provider Stripe collects your billing details directly, those are not stored on our servers.

Your input is used only to generate your eulogy. We send the relevant fields to our AI writing engine, receive the result, show it to you on the success page, and email a permanent copy to the address you used at checkout so you can read it again at any time. We do not retain a separate copy on our servers beyond that send.

• We never sell, share, rent, or trade your information with any third party for marketing purposes.
• We do not use your input to train any AI model. Our AI provider operates under commercial terms that prohibit training on submitted content.
• We do not advertise to you, retarget you, or place tracking pixels for advertising networks.

Your form input is stored as part of the Stripe checkout session metadata for as long as Stripe retains the payment record (a fixed period required by Stripe and by tax law). The generated eulogy is delivered to your email and is not retained on our servers after that send. Email service logs are kept for thirty days by our delivery provider.

You may request deletion of your input and any logs at any time by emailing hello@eulogyhearth.com with the order link or order id. We will confirm deletion within forty-eight hours.
